Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchange requests within 7 days of your order being delivered.

  • Please note: A shipping and handling fee of ₹249 will be charged.
  • You must email us at flexclusivee@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate the exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to size availability.

  • The product must be in unused, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Only the item(s) to be exchanged should be sent to us.


Return Policy

  • If you'd prefer to return your product instead of exchanging it, we understand.

  • Please note: A return shipping and handling fee of ₹249 will be charged, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Returns are only accepted if the request is raised within 7 days of delivery, and you’ve contacted us at flexclusivee@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Returned products must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.


Received a Damaged or Defective Product?

We strive for perfection, but if you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Please include a clear image of the damaged item.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or guide you through the return process — at no extra cost to you.
